Mission: The Customer Success & Growth team manages mutual success for the Company and its Customers, facilitating customer relationships that are profitable, sustainable, and supportive of growth. The team is responsible for performance metrics, quality standards, proactive customer engagement, and value optimization.
Associate Account Manager Role: The Account Manager is the primary contact and relationship owner for Customers. They maintain a shared action plan to maximize value, facilitate communication, resolve issues, and manage projects. They also develop internal business plans to drive profitability, growth, and retention.
