Salary is $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and knowledge.

We are looking for Client Success Managers (Account Strategists) who will help deepen client loyalty, reduce churn, proactively solve problems, and contribute to new business growth by delivering a consistently exceptional client experience. This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable computer and internet connection. Typical hours are M-F, 8-5 EST. However, we offer some flexibility with start and end times, and Fridays end at noon! We also offer unlimited PTO.
