Job summary

A leading company in interview preparation seeks a Student Success Mentor to assist students with onboarding and track their progress. The role involves mentoring and providing support to maximize student completion rates. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer-facing roles and a relevant degree, with availability for evening work in PST.

Interested? Here's more about the role:

  • Assist students with onboarding formalities and welcome calls before the batch starts
  • Track individual student progress across multiple cohorts to maximize completion rates
  • Minimize dropouts and deferrals by providing additional guidance and support
  • Collect reviews and referrals from students; collaborate with internal teams to improve the learning experience; maintain daily trackers using tools like Google Sheets and CRM
  • Communicate with students via calls, email, messages, or video calls
  • Mentor and motivate students, connecting them with guidance and career coaches as needed
  • Serve as the primary contact for student queries and concerns

Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles
  • Experience with data management and tracking in Excel or similar tools
  • Experience in operations, performance coaching, or program management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management, Information Systems (OMIS), or related field is preferred
  • Available to work evenings PST with some morning meetings in US hours
