Job summary

ModMed, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Manager, CS Reporting and Analytics to lead a team delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics that illuminate Customer Success performance.

You will partner with CS leadership to align reporting solutions with business needs, oversee KPI reporting, and drive data‑driven decision making across CS operations. A focus on data integrity, scalability, and mentoring analysts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, business, economics, finance or statistics.
• 5+ years of analytics, reporting, or operations analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and Salesforce proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Domo, Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts who design, develop, and deliver reporting and dashboards for CS leadership.
• Ensure KPI reporting accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery.
• Partner with CS leadership to align reporting with business needs.
• Coach and develop a team of Business Operations Analysts.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements.
