Job summary

Hayfield Window & Door Co. in Minnesota seeks a Customer Success Agent to support outside sales and key customers by entering orders, answering inquiries, and providing daily service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with sales reps to maintain strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and promote retention. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Starting salary of $41,600 annually, non-negotiable, plus 0.25% commission on paid invoices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer order-entry systems.
