Job summary

Gutter Shutter of St. Cloud in Minnesota is seeking a sales and office support professional to schedule appointments and production bookings in response to inquiries received by phone, email, and other leads.

You will answer phones, relay messages, enter new prospects into company systems, maintain the calendar, and coordinate with all departments to move projects forward. This is a full‑time, in‑person role with $17/hour plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in business development or inside sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software is advantageous.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Office experience including answering phones and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and production jobs.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Enter new prospects into company systems.
• Create and maintain customer records.
• Set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain company calendar.
• Communicate with all departments.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the operations manager.
