Job summary

GT Midwest Sales & Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to support customers with orders, freight coordination, and warehouse duties. You may also drive to deliver product as needed.

Applicants should be quick learners, adaptable to change, and work with integrity. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required; experience in shipping/receiving or RF scanning is a plus. We offer medical/vision/dental, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn, open-minded and flexible to change.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, fast-paced operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and follow up on orders.
• Handle shipping, receiving, or inventory functions.
• Follow quality procedures and company policies.
• Drive/deliver products as needed and operate forklift safely.
• Communicate issues to Warehouse Management.
