Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in customer service within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS such as Korber/Infios and scheduling tools like Opendock is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Account Representatives and Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, including inquiries, quarterly business reviews, and agreement renewals.
• Monitor daily service levels and resolve customer requests and concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Oversee financial management activities including new account setup, customer billing, and cost controls to support profitability.
• Track and analyze warehouse and customer activity data (inbounds, outbounds, inventory levels, and turn times) to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
