Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights or related field in a consumer products environment.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable customer strategies and narratives.
• Experience with syndicated data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data, retailer data, POS performance, and category fundamentals to inform customer plans.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams with clear sell-in stories and growth recommendations.
• Own and deliver customer insights, line review support, and strategic deep dives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.
