Job summary

Foundever is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist in Utah to support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers. The hybrid role requires attendance on Day 1 at the Orem site and monthly visits, with most work done remotely.

You will guide clients through invoicing, bookkeeping, setup, and payroll, delivering a white-glove service while staying current with product updates and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required, QuickBooks Online Accountant is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably with advisory roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products and quickly adapt to updates.
• Experience with or interest in basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping/payroll/Accounting 101.
• Certified in QuickBooks ProAdvisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls.
• Provide white-glove customer service to premium customers.
• Guide customers through QuickBooks features including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving on complex issues.

Job Overview

Foundever is hiring Account Resolution Specialists! As part of our Contact Center Support Team, you will deliver exceptional, personalized support on accounting and tax platforms by guiding customers through QuickBooks features like invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll! Experience with basic financial concepts related to bookkeeping and accounting is a plus!

Location:

This is a hybrid position, with our site located at 545 E University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84097. While most of the job will work from home, you will be required to come to site for Day 1 and at minimum on a monthly basis.

• Stay knowledgeable and updated on the newest versions QuickBooks and associated products
• Collaborate with peers and partners to ensure the best customer and employee experience
