Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Customer Loyalty Manager to strengthen client relationships, reduce cancellations, and ensure satisfaction during service changes. You will conduct proactive outreach, coordinate with field teams, and drive retention through tailored solutions and value communication.

The role focuses on account management, customer support, and targeted upselling, with emphasis on data-driven insights from CRM and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business software.
• Industry knowledge in grease trap cleaning and wastewater services is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers by identifying at-risk accounts and offering tailored solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to meet needs and increase loyalty.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels; coordinate with field teams for service delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate value of additional services.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and report on interactions and retention metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends to anticipate customer needs and propose proactive solutions.
