Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to serve as the link between customers, sales and production, handling the full order lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support.

You will coordinate with engineering and operations to meet plant lead times, ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery, and maintain comprehensive records while fostering customer relationships for ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with order processing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders from customers and ensure accurate entry and timely processing.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and production to issue quotes and meet lead times.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and issues.
• Provide open order status updates and manage customer expectations.
• Support billing, credit and RMA processes as needed.
• Generate reports on key metrics like on-time delivery and satisfaction.
