Job summary
Randstad Digital Americas' Customer Solutions Engineering Lead role focuses on deploying smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge, and software solutions across North America from Raleigh, NC. You will act as the primary technical interface with utility customers, leading onboarding, pilots, integrations and major deployments.
This role also supports building the North American Customer Solutions Engineering team. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 5+ years in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience within: Electric Utilities, Cooperatives, AMI, Distribution Automation, Grid Operations, OT/SCADA environments.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of utility operations and distribution networks.
- Experience integrating operational systems and enterprise platforms.

- The Customer Solutions Engineering Lead drives deployment and adoption of smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge and software solutions across North America.
- Acting as the primary technical interface between our organization and utility customers, lead onboarding, pilots, integrations and major deployments.
