Job summary
Randstad Digital in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineering Lead to drive deployment and adoption of smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge, and software solutions across North America. You will be the primary technical interface with utility customers, leading onboarding, pilots, integrations, and major deployments while building a regional CS Engineering team.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 5+ years in utilities/AMI/OT, with strong
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years in Electric Utilities, Cooperatives, AMI, Distribution Automation, Grid Operations, OT/SCADA environments
- Experience leading customer-facing technical projects
- Strong understanding of utility operations and distribution networks
- Experience integrating operational systems and enterprise platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments of smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge solutions across North America.
- Serve as the primary technical interface with utility customers to ensure business outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding, pilots, integrations, and major deployments while growing the North American CS Engineering team.
