Job summary

Randstad Digital in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineering Lead to drive deployment and adoption of smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge, and software solutions across North America. You will be the primary technical interface with utility customers, leading onboarding, pilots, integrations, and major deployments while building a regional CS Engineering team.

The Customer Solutions Engineering Lead is a key customer-facing role responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of our smart metering, AMI, Grid Edge and software solutions across North America.

Acting as the primary technical interface between our organization and utility customers, this role combines customer engagement, solution architecture, project leadership, operational technology expertise, and technical problem-solving to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes from our solutions.

The role will lead customer onboarding, pilots, integrations, and major deployments whilst supporting the development of the North American Customer Solutions Engineering team.
