Responsibilities:
- With industry recognized credibility, the CSA will enable conversations with ZEDEDA’s customer-side Enterprise, Cloud and Edge/IoT Architects.
- The SA must have led and/or been part of multiple sales deals in both IT and OT, and in OT verticals such as Oil & Gas, Renewables, Industrial Automation, Retail, and Automotive.
- The CSA should be able to articulate the value proposition of ZEDEDA and assist with design wins by working closely with customer architecture teams.
- The CSA should understand end-to-end deployment schemes and partner with customers to enable their Edge solutions, including identifying architecture, tools, partners, and logistics.
- The CSA drives and participates in Proof of Concept/Values, providing hands-on support.
- Establish long-term relationships with accounts, aligning ZEDEDA solutions with clients’ key initiatives; act as the Single Point of Contact for presales activities.
- Collaborate with the Client Executive to develop technical presentations, demonstrations, and provide expertise during sales by coordinating resources from Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Work with the Client Executive to leverage technical resources for expanding ZEDEDA’s footprint, identifying opportunities to displace competition, add products, and expand globally.
- Support marketing strategies to promote technology adoption and deployment.
- Contribute to product enhancement discussions and competitive positioning.
- Lead opportunity qualification and technical campaigns for complex engagements, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Demonstrate ZEDEDA solutions and their application in customer segments.
Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale deployments, virtualization, edge networking, security, and relevant edge applications for specific verticals, understanding cloud-based SaaS offerings.
- Good understanding of hardware platforms and deployment considerations.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization, Kubernetes, Docker Compose.
- Understanding operational needs for deploying large-scale edge solutions.
- Recognized credibility in verticals such as Oil & Gas, Renewables, Industrial Automation, Retail, and Automotive.
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, with customer-facing roles involving engineering software.
- Experience selling to large enterprises and emerging markets.
- Ability to communicate technical and product information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, professionalism, and business acumen.
- Ability to interact with senior management and C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple global sites.
