Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Pre-Sales Engagements: Engage with senior customer stakeholders to identify business problems, technical gaps, and AI/cloud transformation opportunities.
• Design Scalable Architectures: Architect and propose advanced AI/ML and cloud-native solutions tailored to customer environments and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Hands-on Prototyping: Build and present AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using Python, leveraging real-world data to demonstrate ROI and technical feasibility.
• Product Evangelism: Deliver compelling demos, technical workshops, and PoCs that showcase Techolution’s accelerators and differentiate our value proposition.
• Digital Advocacy & Credibility: Actively promote Techolution’s offerings on LinkedIn and other platforms through authentic content, industry insights, and customer success stories—building thought leadership and driving organic lead generation.
• Build Trusted Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to customer goals through insight, empathy, and deep technical understanding.
• Accelerate Product Adoption: Drive successful deployment and adoption of solutions by working closely with client teams, product managers, and engineers.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure technical alignment and cohesive messaging.
• Customer Feedback Loop: Gather strategic customer feedback and relay insights to inform roadmap decisions and continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in customer engineering, pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting—with a strong focus on cloud technologies preferable Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including designing and deploying AI/ML workloads, data pipelines, and scalable cloud-native architectures
• Proven track record of solving complex customer challenges through technical solutions and driving successful product adoption
• Demonstrated ability to build AI prototypes and PoCs using Python, leveraging real-world data and ML frameworks
• Experience leading technical workshops, delivering impactful demos, and influencing both technical and executive-level stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of simplifying complex technical topics into clear, value-driven narratives
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product to shape strategic solutions
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach, able to align technology with business outcomes
