Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3+ years of analytical, operational, or customer-facing experience in manufacturing or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers using analytical tools and data.
• Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth and create competitive advantage.
• Lead development of value-added supply chain services to improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to align KPIs across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
• Develop and lead analytical reporting to identify, quantify, and track improvement opportunities.
• Identify scalable customer solutions and collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.
