Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, operational, or customer-facing roles within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead service improvements and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers.
• Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships to maximize growth opportunities.
• Lead development of value-added supply chain services to improve order profiles and distribution efficiency.
• Align and improve KPIs across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
• Develop and lead analytical reporting initiatives to identify and track improvement opportunities.
• Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.
