Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, operational, or customer-facing roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer insights and actionable supply chain solutions through strong partnerships with strategic customers, sales teams, and internal supply chain stakeholders.
• Leverage analytical tools, data, and cross-functional collaboration to identify operational gaps and design sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce supply chain costs, and support profitable growth.
• The Customer Solutions Analyst will report to the Manager, Customer Solutions.
• Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.
