Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, and handle material movement within our Sales Service Center.

You will perform warehouse duties, order entry, stock checks, and ensure accurate fulfillment while operating forklift as needed. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Competencies: Organization, math, time management, computer skills, detail-oriented, customer service, safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and process sales transactions.
• Receive, load/unload material and pull/assemble orders.
• Perform warehouse duties including stock checks and inventory counts.
• Maintain safety and keep a clean, organized work area.
