Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids. You will serve walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, and support material handling including receiving, loading, and order assembly.

Daily duties include processing payments, updating records, stocking and restocking, performing cycle counts, and operating crane or forklift equipment when required. We offer competitive pay, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers, determine order requirements, answer inquiries, and process sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and manage returns.
• Process payments, receipts, and daily reports.
• Enter customer orders and replenish stock; perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklift/crane equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with inbound/outbound shipments and quality checks.
