Job summary

Dal-Tile is recruiting for a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to handle sales transactions, customer assistance, and warehouse tasks at the Sales Service Center. The role involves receiving, loading/unloading, order pulling, and inventory checks, with forklift/crane operation as needed.

The position offers base pay in the mid- to high-teens per hour, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Mohawk Industries.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and assist with order requirements and payments.
• Process payments, receipts, deposits and daily reports.
• Enter customer orders and stock replenishment tasks.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility and participate in safety programs.
