Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Grand Rapids is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our warehouse team. You will receive, load/unload material, pull and assemble customer orders, and perform inventory checks with daily forklift use.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and a valid forklift operator certification. Prior 3+ years of warehouse experience is preferred; applicant must be safety-conscious and detail oriented.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified forklift operator with current certification.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Pulls/assembles customer orders and checks outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Conducts inventory stock checks, restocks and labels vendor products, maintains tool displays, and moves, stores, and replenishes material.
• Performs daily cycle counts.
• Receives inbound material, unloads shipments, processes stock, handles customer returns, and reports damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility including sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office upkeep.
• Assists customers and prepares sales slips when required.
• Ensures a safe working environment by following all safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Performs other related duties as required.
