• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers while maintaining Stagecoach quality standards.
• Process and input customer orders received by fax, e-mail, EDI or telephone.
• Compile, sort and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
• Inform customer of inventory, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer using e-mail or telephone.
• Enter orders into automated system and verify information is accurate; generate related paperwork for work orders.
• Perform clerical work including answering calls, operating office machines, and greeting customers and visitors in the office.
