Job summary

Stagecoach Cartage & Distribution, LLC in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, improve workflow, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment. You will supervise staff, enforce safety standards, and contribute to operational goals through hands-on leadership.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years in warehousing, and 1+ year in supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Lead and direct warehouse associates, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring
• Ensure accuracy of inventory through cycle counts and proper system transactions
• Maintain productivity standards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Resolve operational issues and elevate concerns as needed
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
