Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Richmond, VA seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, handle stock and orders, and assist with inventory checks.

Daily duties include entering orders, preparing shipments, replenishing stock, operating forklift/crane equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience.

Responsibilities

• Waits on customers and assists with order requirements and payments.
• Handles returns and order errors, and processes payments and receipts.
• Enter orders, create plant/RDC orders, and perform stock replenishment.
• Perform warehouse duties including pulling/assembling orders, inventory checks, and labeling.
• Operate crane forklift equipment and maintain a safe, clean facility.
