Dal-Tile in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and perform material handling, including receiving, loading/unloading, and inventory checks, with daily forklift/crane equipment where applicable.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean, safe facility, and support order fulfillment

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Crane/forklift experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Wait on customers and process sales transactions.
• Assist customers in determining order requirements and provide samples.
• Handle material movement, receiving, loading/unloading, and order picking.
• Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized facility.
