Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, and handle material handling duties including receiving and order assembly. This role may involve daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience; crane forklift experience is a plus. Be part of a team that maintains safety, accuracy, and Customer satisfaction in a fast-paced tile

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Crane forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and complete sales transactions; assist with order requirements and provide samples.
• Address and resolve returns and order errors.
• Process payments, receipts, and prepare bank deposits; update customer master file.
• Enter customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and complete stock replenishment orders.
• Pull/assemble customer orders; check outbound orders for accuracy and inventory stock.
• Receive/unload inbound material and notify of damaged shipments; operate crane forklift.
