Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and handle material handling tasks including receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks.

The role may involve daily forklift and/or crane operation. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, processing payments, reconciling cash drawers, and generating daily sales reports while maintaining accurate records and a safe work

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Crane Forklift Experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve walk-in customers, assist with order requirements, and process sales transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties: receiving, loading/unloading, picking/packing orders, stock checks, and cycle counts.
• Operate crane/forklift equipment as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
