Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia is hiring at the Millville location to handle daily customer service, cash transactions, and donations processing. You will participate in Round-Up campaigns, maintain an orderly sales floor, and assist with opening/closing tasks.

Cross-training as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder will support personal growth and store productivity. The role requires friendly customer service, honesty, and reliability, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to meet customer needs and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Commitment to honesty, integrity and dependable performance.
• Ability to make timely decisions that support business goals and teamwork.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexible schedule with availability including nights, weekends, and occasionally long hours.

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions accurately and handle money.
• Encourage Round-Up donations and achieve a 40% Round-Up average monthly.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly stock merchandise.
• Cross-train as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder for growth.
• Open and close procedures, as needed.
