Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is expanding its US customer service team and seeking motivated professionals to join as front-line support. You will handle inquiries by phone and live chat, assist with orders, delivery status, and product information, and help customers with basic usage and setup.

You’ll log interactions and ensure issues are resolved or escalated while representing the brand with consistency across all touchpoints.

Our Client is a technology-driven company in the field of 3D printing, developing high-performance 3D printers as well as an integrated hardware and software ecosystem. Our products are used worldwide by both private users and professional customers. In the US, we are continuously expanding our local service and support operations and are looking for motivated talent to join our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — and a key part of what makes their experience with us a good one.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Support customers with questions related to orders, delivery status, and product information
• Help customers with basic product usage, setup, and accessory questions
• Accurately log customer interactions and follow through on open issues, whether that means resolving them directly or escalating to the right team;
• Represent our brand with friendliness and consistency across every customer touchpoint.

• Priority will be given to staffing arrangements in the following three cities: San Antonio, Texas; Bakersfield, California; and Columbus, Ohio.
