West Coast Convenience is seeking entry-level Team Members to join our growing network of stores across California. You will interact with customers, assist at the register, stock shelves, and help ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities across all three shifts (first, second, or third) with flexible scheduling. Our team values service, innovation, and teamwork, and provides room to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English
• Able to perform basic math including change calculations
• Ability to validate ID for tobacco/alcohol where required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaners
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers/outdoor)

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and balance cash during shift
• Stock products on shelves and maintain store appearance
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash-related issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to manager
• Perform additional duties as assigned
