Job summary

West Coast Convenience is seeking customer-focused team members for all shifts at our Union City, CA locations. We offer both full-time and part-time roles across first, second, or third shifts, with flexible schedules to fit different lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Capable of basic math and handling cash accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment around the store and station.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues and assist as needed.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
