Job summary

West Coast Convenience is seeking team members for all shifts at our California locations. You will interact with customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and ensure a clean store and friendly environment. Roles include first, second, and third shift with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register during the shift and ensuring balanced tills.
• Stocking products on shelves and keeping the store clean and professional.
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshooting car wash related issues as needed.
• Preparing shift reports per company guidelines.
• Crossing and upselling store products to increase sales.
• Escalating high-priority issues to management.
• Additional duties as assigned.
