Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
• Process sales and handle cash and refunds accurately
• Assist with shift changes and cash drawer accountability
• Stock shelves and rotate merchandise
• Check in deliveries and manage basic inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment
• Provide feedback to management on training and materials
• Ensure compliance with cash security procedures
• Support store operations as needed
