Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader to deliver 100% customer satisfaction at our Battle Creek store. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and support management with daily operations.

Candidates should be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, read and speak English, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a car.
• Liability insurance on such vehicle.
• Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ring customer sales and provide correct change and refunds.
• Assist with shift change and cash handling.
• Check ID for restricted sales and manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and service areas.
• Check in vendor deliveries and price merchandise according to price book.
• Complete required training and participate in evaluations.
• Support management and take on additional duties as needed.
