Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B customer service, order management, supply chain or inside sales.
• Hands-on order-to-cash experience.
• SAP or another ERP (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Working knowledge of supply chain: inventory, backorders, shipping and logistics coordination.
• A CRM such as Salesforce.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist for a global manufacturer of industrial and consumer products. This is a B2B role, not a call center. You'll own a set of business accounts and manage their orders from entry through delivery and invoicing, working closely with Supply Chain to keep product moving.

What you'll do:
