Minimum Qualification Requirements

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements.

Education

There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level.

Experience

You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. This experience must equip you with the qualifications to perform the duties of the position successfully and should typically be in or related to the position to be filled.

Examples of qualifying experience include:

• Preparing and analyzing reports for the Customer Services Administrator on operational levels and backlogs.
• Researching and analyzing data to improve operations.
• Processing receipt of purchase orders/contracts, assigning customer numbers, factory loading, mailing acknowledgments, and following up on order statuses.
• Customer service relations and resolving order and delivery issues.

If applicable, credit will be given for both paid and unpaid experience. To receive proper credit, you must specify the actual time spent (e.g., hours per week) on activities.
