AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Customer Service Attendant Supervisor to lead a team on 2nd shift in Rossford, OH. This full-time role includes weekend work and involves traveling to various accounts.

Qualifications

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses these with team members.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Leads projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
• Operates and maintains company-owned vehicle for travel to branches and accounts.
• Performs other duties as specified by management.

Responsibilities

• Inspects accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filling, and operating correctly.
• Recruits, trains and retains team members.
• Develop succession plans.
• Operates accounts within labor guidelines.
• Maintains team member inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Following all safety requirements at accounts, including PPE.
