Job summary

DASI, LLC, a long‑standing aviation parts provider, seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to run the order processing department and support web purchases. You will lead daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure accurate data, pricing, and shipping.

Miami-based, on-site role supporting global customers. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, while coordinating with marketing and web orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Aviation purchase order processing experience preferred.
• Experience in order processing within aviation is required.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with service centers in London and Singapore, DASI is a truly global partner, serving customers’ parts and inventory needs in more than 140 countries.DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level.Purpose:At DASI, the role of the Customer Service Supervisor is to direct the operational and administrative functions of the order processing department, as well as support our web purchasing customers.Key accountabilities:• Monitor all aspects of order entry function.• Maintain intranet product database, including sales point sheets, descriptions, and pricing information.• Assign product numbers and set up all new products within product database.• Print shipping labels and generate billing invoices as needed.• Produce and analyze daily and weekly audit reports for assigned functions.• Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the team.• Handle for all special requests from marketing and/or special-order entry functions, such as internet orders.• Manage web buying customers through outbound calling and registering.• Manage the Customer Care Survey call process.• Quote RFQs as needed.• Perform all other duties as assigned.Key skills and competences:• Develop collaborative working relationships.• Has solid computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Exhibits the ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines, and the ability to be flexible.• Possesses managerial aptitude.• Has aviation purchase order processing experience.Experience and qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.• Has Aviation purchase order processing experience.DASI, LLC. and group companies are an Equal Opportunities Employer
