Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Overview

Responsible for supervising and developing customer service agents, specialists, and coordinators. Develop, motivate, and supervise a world-class customer service team.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
  • Input key information into computer systems to address customer and partner requests, including inventory reconciliation, user application requests for online portal tools, inspections, RMA’s, warehouse non-conformities, etc.
  • Handle customer complaints; adhere to client protocols and SOPs.
  • Audit, research, report, and resolve customer service issues.
  • Adjust staffing based on day of week, industry trends, and anticipated events.
  • Monitor agent productivity, generate reports, and maintain employee evaluations.
  • Perform quality audits to assess service delivery.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe working environment through consistent safety practices.
  • Recruit and assign staff, ensure training, and define job responsibilities.
  • Manage performance to meet productivity and organizational goals.
