An established institution is seeking a Patient Support Services Supervisor to lead the front desk operations at their Student Health and Wellness Center. Job Summary
The Patient Support Services Supervisor in the Student Health and Wellness Center ( SHAW ) oversees front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient registration, scheduling, payment processing, and health information management. This role supervises front desk staff, manages daily operations, and ensures exceptional customer service delivery to all patients accessing SHAW services.
Please note, at this time, the position is open only to current UW Milwaukee employees.
Minimum Qualifications
Target Salary Range $25.75 - $29.11/hour (Equivalent to $53,560 - $60,550 in annual earnings)
