What You'll Get to Do

The Customer Service Supervisor is focused on fostering a teamwork environment and reports to the Regional Customer Service Manager. This role is onsite with the Customer Service team in Los Angeles, California.

This role is perfect for an individual who is hands-on, a leader, with great communication skills. A vital member of the customer service team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Train new CSRs and provide ongoing development on products, services, and plant limitations
  • Investigate, solve, and/or provide assistance to CSRs on higher-level customer problems (know when to escalate to plant management)
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to staff and customers regarding products and services of the organization
  • Liaison between Sales Team and Operations Team
  • Participate in educational opportunities internally and externally to enhance knowledge of products
What We Are Looking For
  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years previous customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service & supervisor experience preferred
