  1. Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, 9:00 pm to 7:30 AM (4 X 10 Hour schedule)
  2. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (5 x 8 hour schedule)
Job Description

Coordinate and supervise the shift. Support staff activities daily and weekly. Provide customer interface and follow up with operations to address issues. Review customer complaints with warehouse management and transportation.

  • Execute daily customer contract requirements and identify accessorial activity.
  • Interact with customer groups and provide escalation for customer service issues.
  • Ensure documentation is completed and filed according to guidelines.
  • Provide a professional, safe, fair, and secure work environment and direct daily activities.
  • Lead support staff to increase productivity through improved processes and development.
  • Administer associate recognition programs as per guidelines.
  • Plan workload and volume forecasting routines.
  • Manage and assist support staff in fulfilling business requirements and collect performance data.
  • Evaluate performance variances, identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement them.
  • Ensure value-added services for customers are completed as required.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory/management role.
  • 1-2 years in logistics industry (preferred).
  • Previous customer service and operations background.
