The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The role involves leading a sales team passionate about merchandise and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer service issues, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
  • Ensure product at the front end is merchandised per visual standards.
  • Maintain the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building.
  • Ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations.
  • Assist in developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one to two years retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
  • Must have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
