Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Company: Payless Power
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76118 (In-office)
Shift: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll coach, motivate, and support a team of representatives while creating a positive, high-performing work environment. You’ll handle daily team check-ins, give constructive feedback, and ensure our customers always receive the best service possible.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Supervise & Lead: Guide the team, manage escalation calls, and work within the Smart Grid System.
  2. Coach & Develop: Provide feedback through monthly one-on-ones, weekly quality assurance reviews, track performance trends, and address any issues.
  3. Monitor & Evaluate: Suggest process improvements, manage team availability, and address excessive use of unavailable codes with representatives, keeping managers informed for potential disciplinary actions.
  4. Support & Troubleshoot: Assist employees with account and system issues. Ensure representatives understand all new and existing processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in an inbound/outbound call center or account resolution; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  2. Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  3. Proficient with computers: navigate multiple systems, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Problem-solving skills to resolve practical issues with limited standardization.
  7. High school diploma required; degree preferred.
