Responsibilities

• Assign a tracking number based on one-up listing.
• Provide status updates to public release review requester.
• Track public release review status to completion.
• Provide metrics of public release review requests/reviewed monthly.
• Document and manage queue for Pre-Publication and Resume Review requests.
• Provide initial review of material submitted for review per Strategic Planning Process.
• Issue standard receipts to submitters confirming receipt of submission.
• Perform database entry/query for status on pre-pub/resume review requests.
• Respond to telephone and email queries.
• Provide standard final responses to submitters as directed by government reviewers.
