LEAD Endeavors LLC is seeking a proactive full-time Program Manager for an upcoming program in Fort Meade, Maryland. The role requires technical, managerial, and administrative oversight of a team and multiple contractors.

The ideal candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, experience directing programs with 20+ staff, and the ability to manage schedules, data entry, and logistics for secure operations. Fort Meade on-site position with strong growth potential.
