Qualifications

• Ability to read, sort, check and verify numbers.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Adobe and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/order information.
• Receive and process customer orders, including webstore orders.
• Generate work orders and packing slips; deliver to production.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams on order status.
• Maintain logs of orders and report totals to designated personnel.
• Process dealer applications for ordering and payment terms.
• Monitor pricing, product updates and purchasing terms.
• Collaborate with accounting on order release status.
• Assist with mailings, catalogs, and related correspondence.
• Adhere to departmental policies and objectives.
